Whether you’ve completed a training program, learned on the job, served in the military, or have previous certifications, we offer flexible eligibility options to meet your unique background.

Eligibility Options

To qualify for certification testing with eLightenment Solutions, candidates must meet one of the following eligibility pathways:

• Completion of a Recorded Course or Training Program
  Successfully complete a formal education program specific to the certification area.

• Six Months of On-the-Job Training (OJT) or Apprenticeship
  Documented and structured job-specific training through a recognized employer or apprenticeship program.

• One Year of Verified Work Experience
  At least one year of full-time work experience in the field, with recorded skills evaluations by a supervisor or manager.

• Relevant Military Training
  Completion of applicable military training, with proper documentation and supervisor-signed evaluations.

• Previous Certification
  Previously certified by another nationally or internationally recognized agency in the relevant subject area.

Approved Documentation

To verify your eligibility, you must submit at least one of the following proof-of-eligibility documents to your eLightenment Solutions contact email:

• Copy of School Transcript, Diploma, or Certificate

• Letter from Employer
  (Must include your job title, employment dates, and confirmation of evaluated skills.)

• Recent Pay Stub
  (Must show job title and hire date.)

• Military DD Form 214
  (Or documentation signed by a military supervisor verifying relevant skills.)

• Copy of Previous Certification Member ID or Certificate
  (Issued by an accredited certification agency.)

Work-Life Experience Evaluations

If you are qualifying based on work-life experience, you must:

• Complete a Skills Evaluation

  • Submit a typed application clearly stating the certification you are seeking.

  • Include a checklist of skill items related to the certification field.

  • Supervisor or manager must monitor, verify, and sign off on evaluated skills.

  • Documents must be submitted on official company letterhead.

• Subject Matter Expert Review
  Evaluations may be reviewed and approved by eLightenment Solutions’ authorized Subject Matter Experts for final verification and approval.

• All documentation must be complete, legible, and submitted before an exam date will be scheduled.

• Incomplete or unverifiable submissions may delay the eligibility process.

• eLightenment Solutions reserves the right to request additional documentation as needed to verify eligibility.
